“An often overlooked part of our daily lives, the household plate will undergo a colourful transformation this December for ‘Bring a Plate’, an exhibition in which over 50 artists are asked to work on this unusual canvas.

Hosted at a time of year notorious for parties, get togethers and often over eating, ‘Bring a Plate’ is a creative way to give back and share in the festivities in a fun and charitable way, with proceeds of each plate sold being donated to FareShare to help the many Australians going without this Christmas.

FareShare rescues surplus food and cooks free, nutritious meals for Victorians doing it tough. Find out more about this wonderful charity here – http://www.fareshare.net.au/
